Christmas in Excelsior is a month-long series of events kicking off with Small Business Saturday, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, followed by the tree-lighting, carolers, Santa visits, and wagon rides the first weekend in December. Festivities continue each weekend until Christmas. We not only celebrate the holiday spirit, but also bring people to our community to enjoy our local shops, restaurants, and activities. It is with this in mind that we are writing to you today to ask for a contribution to keep these traditions alive.
Our goal for this year to cover all expenses of Christmas in Excelsior is $18,000.
Each donation, no matter how large or small, helps us reach our goal.This goal helps create the hallmark Excelsior Christmas we all know and love including lights along Water Street, wreaths and garland that dress the classic lamp posts, Christmas tree lighting and activities throughout the month of December.
